临沂分公司利旧电源模块组建小型应急电源解决断电故障

每年雷雨季节，都会产生一些电源遭雷击而损坏的情况，个别电源电源模块存在短缺导致现场无法满足负载供电、甚至需要更换才能解决问题，从而导致基站长时间退服。为缩短退服时长，临沂铁塔充分利用废旧物料，以单个电源模块+旧电源背板组建小型应急电源。，有效解决短期断电故障。

一、材料选取

电源模块一个、与之型号匹配的电源插头一个、相应长度的电源线，如图1所示。

二、接线方式：

把电源插头插入电源模块，把控制信号输出线短接（兰绿）。接入交流电、把直流输出端接入遭受损坏电源的极排。

此种应急电源结构简单，材料选取方便、质量轻便于携带，能够快速解决因基站电源故障直流无法得到保障问题。

Linyi branch uses old power module to set up small emergency power supply to solve power failure.

Every year during the thunderstorm season, some power supply will be damaged by lightning. The shortage of some power supply modules leads to the failure of the site to meet the load power supply, or even need to be replaced to solve the problem, resulting in long-term withdrawal of the base station. In order to shorten the withdrawal time, the Linyi Iron Tower makes full use of waste materials, and forms a small emergency power supply with a single power supply module and an old power supply backplane. It can effectively solve the short power failure.

1. Material selection

A power module, a power plug matching the model, and a power line of corresponding length are shown in Figure 1.

Two, wiring mode:

Insert the power plug into the power module and connect the control signal output line (LAN green). Access to AC, DC output terminal access to damaged power supply pole.
