为提升基站用电的精细化管理水平,山东枣庄铁塔公司创新研发了“削峰填谷”电源分时管理系统,通过分时供电管理,消减了电力负荷的不均衡状况,降低了基站运行成本,取得了良好效果。
该系统主要由两组48只2V 500Ah FCP铅炭电池、蓄电池监测系统、定制化电源和备用高频开关电源和三相四线电子式复费率电能表等组成。在正常工作状态下,基站直流负载由定制化电源给系统供电,交流市电和蓄电池按照定制化电源设定的移峰填谷模式运行,在峰时段,定制化电源不给负载供电,蓄电池放电,负载完全由蓄电池供电;在平时段,定制化电源仅给负载供电,蓄电池处于静置状态,不充电也不放电;在谷时段,定制化电源给负载供电、同时给蓄电池充电。目前,系统设置三个时段各占8个小时。
系统研发成功后,枣庄铁塔在峄城曹庄基站进行了应用试点,目前系统已平稳运行5个月。根据试点情况测算,基站直流负载平均功率约3004.5W,蓄电池每天在50.0%DOD状态下循环使用,执行尖峰时段电价月份每天节约电费17.08元,非执行尖峰时段电价月份每天节约电费15.59元,全年节约电费约5827元。
该系统的寿命周期约10年,与传统电源系统相比,采用该系统在寿命周期内投资成本基本相当,而产生的经济效益显著,具有较大的推广价值。

In order to improve the refined management level of base station power consumption, Shandong Zaozhuang Iron Tower Company has innovatively developed the "peak-cutting and valley-filling" power supply time-sharing management system. Through the time-sharing power supply management, the unbalanced situation of power load is reduced, the operation cost of base station is reduced, and good results are achieved.
The system consists of two groups of 48 2V 500Ah FCP lead-carbon batteries, battery monitoring system, customized power supply, standby high-frequency switching power supply and three-phase four-wire electronic multi-rate watt-hour meter. In normal working condition, the DC load of base station is supplied by customized power supply to the system, the AC power supply and the battery are operated according to the peak-shifting and valley-filling mode set by the customized power supply. In peak period, the customized power supply does not supply power to the load, the battery discharges, and the load is completely supplied by the battery. Power to the load, the battery is in a static state, not charging nor discharging; in the valley period, customized power supply to the load, while charging the battery. At present, the system consists of three periods, each taking 8 hours.
After the successful development of the system, the Zaozhuang Iron Tower has been applied to the Caozhuang base station in Fucheng, and the system has been running smoothly for 5 months. According to the experimental results, the average DC load power of the base station is about 3004.5W, the battery is recycled at 50.0% DOD every day, and the electricity cost is saved by 17.08 yuan per day in peak period, 15.59 yuan per day in non-peak period and 5827 yuan per year.
The life cycle of the system is about 10 years. Compared with the traditional power supply system, the investment cost of the system in the life cycle is almost the same, and the economic benefit is remarkable. It has great popularization value.
