在湖北省铁塔公司与黄冈市人民政府签署战略合作协议的基础上，黄冈铁塔积极与本地各级政府沟通、衔接。近日，黄冈铁塔与浠水县政府签署了“智慧浠水”信息通信基础设施建设战略合作协议。

根据协议要求，浠水县政府将黄冈铁塔作为浠水县信息通信基础设施建设和发展的重点合作单位，全力支持黄冈铁塔参与“智慧浠水”建设，对黄冈铁塔在浠水县的信息通信基础设施建设、社会资源整合和后续相关配套项目建设给予大力支持。浠水县政府出台相关政策，简化审批程序，缩短审批时间，强化部门支持，将所涉及的建设项目纳入各级政府重点工作，落实服务、资源、协调、督办等保障。同时，积极推动相关委办局和地方企业与黄冈铁塔开展全面合作，并加强资源统筹和部门协调，优化环境，确保工程建设顺利进行。

黄冈铁塔将浠水县作为全市战略合作的核心城市和信息通信基础设施建设与发展的重点支持区域，全力发挥自身在信息通信基础设施建设上的核心主导作用，以“智慧浠水”建设为目标，加大对浠水县信息化发展和产业链合作的支持力度，努力打造浠水县信息通信基础设施建设与发展的全市领先优势。2016年至2020年，黄冈铁塔将对浠水县投资1亿元以上，建设通信铁塔300座以上，共享改造存量铁塔300余座；消除“数字鸿沟”，建设重点聚焦散花滨江新区、洪山、团陂工业园区、兰溪陶瓷产业园区、三角山旅游景区“公铁”沿线、乡镇村组；形成资源共享，对浠水县“平安城市”建设全面开放，用于全县城乡“平安城市”建设需要；同时，结合实际情况开展通信铁塔产、研、制等产业链合作，提供就业机会，促进经济转型升级。

The government of Lishui County promulgated relevant policies, simplified the examination and approval procedures, shortened the examination and approval time, strengthened the support of departments, brought the construction projects involved into the key work of governments at all levels, and implemented the guarantee of service, resources, coordination and supervision. At the same time, the relevant bureaus and local enterprises should actively promote comprehensive cooperation with the Huanggang Tower, strengthen resource co-ordination and department coordination, optimize the environment, and ensure the smooth progress of the project construction.

Huanggang Iron Tower regards Lishui County as the core city of the city's strategic cooperation and the key supporting area for the construction and development of information and communication infrastructure, and gives full play to its core leading role in the construction of information and communication infrastructure, aiming at the construction of "smart water" and increasing the cooperation of information development and industrial chain in Lishui County.
