安徽合肥铁塔公司经过长达半年的不懈努力，于近日成功促成合肥市规划局明文要求将无线基站与市政道路同步规划设计。该文件在城乡专项规划、落地控制性规划之外，为合肥市区70多条道路沿线基站建设规划开辟了第三条通道。

合肥铁塔自成立之初已累计参加合肥市规划局组织的市政道路管线方案评审会超过50次，及时跟踪70条城市道路建设信息，主动推动基站同步规划建设。安徽铁塔省市公司领导多次拜访市规划局，提出基站和道路共建方案，从建设环境友好型、资源节约性城市，避免重复开挖建设的角度推动相关部门进行基站道路融合建设，最终成功促成合肥市规划局下发《关于将无线基站杆塔纳入市政道路管线综合方案的函》，要求各道路设计院在设计道路管线综合方案时，将无线基站杆塔纳入管线综合方案，与道路内其他杆线同步设计、审查。

合肥道路市政设计单位超过20家，合肥铁塔通过参加评审会逐一与其取得联系，反复沟通加深印象，实现每次会前基站布点方案提前进行设计，为评审创造有利条件。

截至目前，合肥铁塔已完成了合淮路、董铺路和巢湖南路3条道路47个沿线基站的规划设计布点报批。这为加快城市道路沿线基站同步规划建设，减少重复投资，助力环境友好型、资源节约型城市建设奠定了必要基础。
