华为技术有限公司教育医疗解决方案销售部张惠展先生在分论坛发表《创新ICT，建设智能校园》的主题演讲。

此外中国联通、华为联合泰克一起，在本次论坛上重磅发布了双创实践云平台，助力高校培养契合市场需求的ICT人才，推动ICT产业发展。

双创实践云平台基于学校本地互联网接入设备、华为云平台资源和泰克自主研发的SaaS实训环境搭建而成的一个集功能性与实践性为一体的实训平台。包含公有云、私有云、混合云三种部署方式，为高校、企业等提供更加便捷的云服务。
