9月7日，中国铁塔股份有限公司（简称“中国铁塔”）与绿城中国控股有限公司（简称“绿城中国”）签署战略合作框架协议。双方将本着“优势互补、资源共享、合作共赢”的原则，推动房地产与信息通信建设的深度融合，提高项目通信覆盖水平，并面向未来5G打造“数字地产、智慧地产”。

根据协议，双方将加强合作，推进新建地产项目与楼宇通信、楼宇信息化等基础设施的建设，实现同步规划、同步设计、同步实施，同时，结合实际逐步提升存量地产项目通信覆盖水平。

绿城中国在地产项目规划中加入站址空间、管线、传输、电力等通信基础设施规划，引电设计时统筹考虑通信设备用电，在整体引电施工时同步考虑通信设备引电。绿城中国为中国铁塔在其地产项目中进行通信基础设施建设提供支持，开放所需的土地、机房、安装空间、管线等相关资源。绿城中国还将协调相应的物业服务公司、开发公司、业主委员会等，为中国铁塔开展通信信息化建设和后续维护提供便利。

中国铁塔结合绿城中国的地产项目规划，面向未来5G发展，制定科学合理的通信网络室内外标准化、一体化覆盖方案，提升绿城中国地产项目移动通信覆盖水平。中国铁塔统筹绿城中国地产项目的移动通信基础设施建设，统一规划、统一设计、统一实施，避免重复施工，并在通信网络优化、信息能力升级、后续维护服务等方面为其提供保障和支持。中国铁塔还将为绿城中国提供社区智能信息化综合解决方案支持，双方合力打造数字地产、智慧地产项目，着力提升绿城中国地产项目的信息化品质。

据悉，今年以来，中国铁塔相继与融创、振业、保利、绿地等大型房地产集团开展了战略合作，除了移动网络基础设施服务外，还包括社区智能信息化综合解决方案等，合力打造数字地产、智慧地产项目。随着房地产开发企业日益把提升通信和信息化服务水平作为提升楼盘品质和附加值的重要手段，中国铁塔的业务拓展也将迎来新的空间。

Greentown China provides support for the construction of communication infrastructure for the China Tower in its real estate projects, opening up the land, machine rooms, installation space, pipelines and other related resources needed. Greentown China will also coordinate the corresponding property service companies, development companies, owners'committees, etc., to facilitate the construction and follow-up maintenance of China's iron tower communications information.

Combining with the real estate project planning of Greentown China and facing the development of 5G in the future, China Tower has formulated a scientific and reasonable scheme of indoor and outdoor standardized and integrated coverage of the communication network to enhance the mobile communication coverage level of Greentown China real estate project. China Railway Tower co-ordinates the construction of mobile communication infrastructure of Greentown China Real Estate Project, unifies planning, unified design and unified implementation, avoids repetitive construction, and provides guarantee and support in the aspects of communication network optimization, information capability upgrading, and follow-up maintenance services. China Tower will also provide community intelligent information technology integrated solution support for Greentown China, the two sides work together to create digital real estate, intelligent real estate projects, and strive to improve the quality of Greentown China real estate project information.

It is learnt that since this year, China Tower has launched strategic cooperation with Rongchuang, Zhenye, Poly, Greenland and other large real estate groups, in addition to mobile network infrastructure services, including community intelligent information integrated solutions, to jointly create digital real estate, intelligent real estate projects. With the real estate development enterprises increasingly to enhance the level of communication and information services as an important means to enhance the quality and added value of real estate, China Tower business expansion will also usher in new space.
