9月19日午间消息（蒋均牧）华为副总裁、华为云BU总裁郑叶来在19日举行的2018世界人工智能大会·华为分论坛上表示，随着Cloud 2.0时代的到来，互联网基础设施也进入了2.0时代，而“易获取、用得起、方便用”的算力是人工智能发展的关键。

作为此次世界级人工智能高峰会议上的一大亮点，论坛以“+AI，驱动产业智能化升级”为主题，探讨在云计算时代的AI技术创新发展，共商AI技术的产业化落地之道。

洞悉Cloud 2.0 建立“普惠AI”

“过去几年里，华为清晰地发现了两点变化。第一，现在的大企业未来一定会向混合云的架构迁移，这标志着Cloud 2.0时代的到来；第二，随着人工智能、视频、图像处理的技术的发展，互联网基础设施也进入了Cloud 2.0时代，也就是说，必须用专用的硬件来处理海量的数据。”郑叶来在致辞中说道。

他表示，华为原先的商业模式是为客户提供产品和解决方案，在这样的趋势下亦致力于以公有云服务的方式将自身的能力开放给客户，如今云服务已是整个公司的发展重点之一。

对于未来如何在人工智能浪潮中发展，郑叶来指出，华为将围绕“用得起、用得好、用得放心”三方面深入探索，建立“普惠AI”。

据介绍，华为云近年来积极响应政府号召，大力参与上海市的云计算、大数据、人工智能等产业发展，落地专门的华为云组织，投入专家融入到上海传统制造业、金融、互联网、教育等不同行业，联合本地伙伴构建开放共赢的云生态，和不同领域标杆企业共同打造相关行业标准云平台，助力上海产业发展。

“华为云EI视频智能解决方案”发布

基于本次论坛主题，华为云EI企业智能产品部总经理贾永利发表了题为《+AI，助力产业智能化升级》的主题演讲，进一步探讨华为云EI如何助力互联网、工业、车联网、物流等产业发展，并在现场发布了“华为云EI视频智能解决方案”。

“华为云EI视频智能解决方案”的视频接入与分析平台可接入多种视频设备的视频源；可对云端转存的视频数据进行管理；并以精准算法高效算力，提供丰富的视频分析服务。借助该解决方案，企业都仿佛被赋予了一双慧眼，使机器不仅能够“看得见”，更能“看得懂”。

华为云成果落地

论坛上，华为与中国科学院上海生命科学研究院正式签署了生物信息大数据合作协议。双方将在生物信息大数据处理、人工智能分析等领域开展合作，以实现生物医学跟人工智能、云计算高效有机结合，提升生物医学信息数据处理分析的效率，共同推动生物信息业务向大数据和AI转型及快速发展。
