日前，华为云在2018年南非通信展览会（Africa Com 2018）上宣布华为云南非大区开服，将于12月底正式上线提供云服务。华为云是全球首个在非洲设立本地数据中心提供服务的公有云服务提供商。

首期，华为云在南非约翰内斯堡本地数据中心部署大区，向南非及周边国家提供更低时延、安全可靠的云服务。

南非邮电部总司长Robert Nkuna 在活动上表示：“作为南非优秀的科技合作伙伴，华为将最先进的技术带入我们国家。华为云的发布正值南非令人振奋的发展时期，比如，南非正在加大技术培训方面的投入。我们将携手华为将云技术相关的技能传递给南非乃至非洲其他国家的本地人才。我们相信，和华为这样的伙伴合作将加速我们国家的发展。”

华为南部非洲地区部总裁李鹏表示：“华为已进入非洲20年，业务遍布非洲，与非洲国家一起成长。这使得我们对非洲市场有更深刻的了解，能够更好满足本地客户的现实和潜在需求。南非是世界上最具活力和潜力的国家之一，希望通过云这一使能力量充分释放南非乃至非洲的巨大发展潜力。”华为基站电源

发布会上，华为云还发布了非洲合作伙伴计划，Altron、ATOS、BCX、Datacentrix、EOH、Gijima、Stortech、TCM、Tech Mahindra、T-systems、XON等本地渠道合作伙伴参加了合作仪式。基于华为云的PaaS平台——InTouch Aggregator 平台也在会上发布，该平台旨在连接运营商，开放电信能力，使能OTT，共建华为云生态。

2018年，华为云和伙伴已在中国、东南亚、欧洲、俄罗斯、拉美、非洲完成全球布局，在全球22个地理区域、37个可用区提供云服务，助力众多行业客户商业成功，例如标致雪铁龙集团、桑坦德银行、欧洲核子研究机构CERN、智利第一大零售商Falabella, 阿根廷最大的物流公司Andreani等。

A few days ago, Huaweiyun announced at the 2018 South African Com Exposition that Huawei will officially launch cloud service in Yunnan Non-large area at the end of December. At the conference, Huawei Cloud also released the Africa Partnership Plan, which was attended by local channel partners such as Altron, ATOS, BCX, Datacentrix, EOH, Gijima, Stortech, TCM, Tech Mahindra, T-systems, XON and so on. InTouch Aggregator, a platform based on Huawei Cloud, was also released at the conference. The platform aims to connect operators, open telecommunication capabilities, enable OTT and build Huawei Cloud Ecology.

In 2018, Huawei Cloud and its partners have completed global distribution in China, Southeast Asia, Europe, Russia, Latin America and Africa, providing cloud services in 22 geographic regions and 37 usable areas around the world, helping customers in many industries to succeed in business, such as Peugeot Citroen Group, Santander Bank, CERN, Chile, etc. Falabella, Argentina's largest retailer, Andreani and others.
