10月22日消息（张海龙）日前，大和资本发表研究报告表示，频谱异质化对中国铁塔最为有利，预计可带来最高42%的股价上行潜力。如果中国移动获得2.6GHz频谱，将增加5G相关网络设备数量，从而提升中国铁塔的营收。但大和估计，相关情景下，中国铁塔股价上行潜力仅有14-42%。

报告指出，由于中国铁塔的回报能否改善主要取决于站均租户数，中国铁塔的估值容易受到两个主要客户中国联通及中国电信影响。

根据大和估算，只有站均租户数达3个，才有明显的经济回报，但如果这两家5G网络合作将让中国铁塔收益减少。大和预计若联通与中国电信合并，有33%机率令中国铁塔股价下行，如果网络资源共享则有约6%机会令中国铁塔股价下跌。

此外，在报告中，大和首予中国铁塔"持有"评级，目标价为1.13元。

Daiwa expects that if Unicom merges with China Telecom, there will be a 33% chance that the price of China Tower will fall, and if the network resources are shared, there will be a 6% chance that the price of China Tower will fall.

In addition, in the report, Da he first gave the Chinese tower "hold" rating with a target price of 1.13 yuan.
