C114讯 9月14日消息(张海龙 孙小玉)日前,长春地铁2号线正式通车。在通车的同时,三大运营商的网络信号便实现了全覆盖,让乘客可以在乘坐地铁的时候可以随时上网打电话。这背后是吉林铁塔不懈的努力。

尤其值得一提的是,吉林铁塔还在长春地铁2号线实现了业界首次地铁内场景的广角漏缆技术创新应用,并通过共享为行业节约投资3000万,而且这些成绩还是在工期仅为180天情况下实现的。

为行业节约投资3000万

2014年10月,吉林铁塔成立后,为有效推进地铁线路的网络共建共享,公司成立了地铁项目组,多次向长春市政府汇报,得到了政府层面的支持,把移动通信基础设施建设,尤其是与老百姓息息相关的地铁内的网络基础设施建设作为惠民工程来抓。由吉林铁塔牵头统筹三家运营商需求,与地铁公司进行对接、协调,实现了同步规划、同步设计、同步施工、同步开通。

2017年6月30日,圆满完成了地铁长春1号线民用通信工程建设任务。吉林铁塔在长春地铁2号线民用通信工程建设过程中,通过统筹集约,总投资约1690万元,单公里造价仅为约73万元。对比三家运营商分别建设模式,铁塔公司的共享模式为轨道交通集团共计节省机房面积约758平方米,减少装修吊顶破坏面积约2054平方米,减少区间设备布放面积约3065平方米,为通信行业共计节省了约3200万元建设投资。

建成国内首例无天线地铁站

长春地铁2号线拥有国内首创的装配式车站,这种节省工期又节能环保的装配式车站拥有很多传统车站无法比拟的优点,但对于民用通信工程的施工却带来了前所未有的难题。由于装配式车站棚顶无法布放任何线缆,也不能对墙体打孔,传统的吸顶天线安装无法实现。但吉林铁塔没在困难前止步,而是以创新为指引,攻克了一个又一个难题,向社会展示了铁塔公司作为信息通信基础设施建设主力军的担当和作为。

吉林铁塔长春地铁通信工程建设项目组通过与广东省电信规划设计院有限公司、中天射频电缆有限公司、华为技术服务有限公司、武汉虹信通信技术有限责任公司和广东公诚通信建设监理有限公司等合作单位的反复论证,决定在5个装配式车站,采用新型的广角漏缆替代传统的"吸顶天线+馈线+无源器件"模式。这种创新模式不但节约了建设成本,还使得区域内的信号覆盖更加均匀,将广角漏缆应用于地铁场景信号覆盖在全国尚属首次。

在技术创新的同时,工程管理上也进行了突破。为提高效率,确保质量,项目组针对长春地铁2号线项目特点,在合作伙伴的ISDP平台上开发出相应的项目管理模块,每天把各个站的施工情况更新到平台上,平台自动把数据转化成图表形式,施工进度情况一目了然。现场督导通过手机拍摄现场施工工艺的照片上传到平台,管理人员从后台便可查看各施工场景的施工质量。
