C114讯 9月26日消息（北山）全球ICT企业的年度盛会——2018年中国国际信息通信展于今天在北京召开，而作为PT展开幕论坛的ICT领袖论坛无疑极具关注和话题性。

中国铁塔副总经理顾晓敏在致辞中强调，信息通信网络是数字经济的"大动脉"，信息通信基础设施是"数字中国"的基石。

他指出，移动互联网助推了数字经济加速发展，是数字经济新的强劲引擎，移动通信基础设施建设在数字经济发展中的作用和地位也日益重要。

而中国铁塔在“数字中国”的大战略背景下应运而生，承载着减少行业重复建设、促进移动网络快速规模发展的使命。四年来，中国铁塔始终牢记使命，以“共享”为核心统筹集约建设，“一家建设 多家使用”，累计满足了三家电信企业建设需求192万个，承建高铁公网覆盖项目总里程达到13700公里、地铁覆盖项目总里程达到2200公里；建设室内分布项目3.8万个，覆盖面积超10亿平米。

可以说，中国铁塔自诞生以来，不仅快速、高效地满足了集中爆发的4G巨量建设需求，建成全球最大精品4G网络，也为数字经济的发展、数字中国的建设奠定了坚实、有力的基础。

同时，顾晓敏表示，最近一年，中国铁塔更是将共享发展的理念拓展到全社会，以创新为驱动，积极推进"通信塔"与"社会塔"资源双向共享、相互转变，更于今年4月与国家电网公司、南方电网公司在总部层面上签署了战略合作的协议，可以说这标志着电力、通信两大行业间资源共享取得突破性的进展。

而随着今年8月港交所的一声锣响，中国铁塔更是大踏步前行，不仅在国内积极拓展业务，在同月先后与邮政集团、阿里云IoT平台、绿地集团、地震台网中心等不同领域的政府部门、企业开展跨界合作，多元化、多领域推进深层合作，更开始了国际化的首次尝试和探索，在老挝设立了东南亚铁塔公司，致力于打造国际一流的信息基础设施服务商。

顾晓敏表示，展望未来，随着数字中国战略加快实施，信息通信向纵深领域渗透，在5G、IoT、大数据等信息通信技术的有力驱动下，中国铁塔将继续高擎共享大旗，探索、实践、创新，利用好自有站址和储备的千万级社会资源，更快、更好地支撑4G深度覆盖和5G快速部署，筑牢数字中国的基石。
