C114讯 9月28日下午消息（刘畅 蒋均牧）中国铁塔股份有限公司上海市分公司（下称“上海铁塔”）日前与东方明珠新媒体股份有限公司（下称“东方明珠”）成功签署协议，围绕推进上海市智慧城市建设展开广泛且深入的战略合作。

根据协议，本着“长期合作、优势互补、共享资源、共赢发展”的原则，双方将依托各自优势资源，在物联网应用、智慧社区、智慧城市等领域紧密合作，进行业务推广；并拟共同向政府、企业和居民提供便捷、高效、廉价和安全的无线通信服务。

东方明珠将开放其自有建筑，供上海铁塔建设移动通信基站，并利用自身宣传媒体等资源优势支持上海铁塔进行辐射科普宣传。上海铁塔则将协助东方明珠建设合法合规的无线通信网络，并利用自身资源助力东方明珠实现物联网具体应用业务的落地及推广。双方拟建立由双方高层领导参加的不定期会晤制度以及由指定单位（部门）对接的日常沟通联系机制，以推动协议下合作内容的落地实施。

据C114了解，双方此前已经在LoRa专网建设中紧密合作，上海铁塔在2017年与东方明珠旗下东方明珠数字电视有限公司签署了《上海市物联网空间站址服务协议》，合作站址累计已超百个。本次战略合作协议的签署，将使双方的合作范畴进一步扩展。

Oriental Pearl will open its own buildings for the construction of mobile communication base stations in the Shanghai Tower, and use its propaganda media and other resources to support the Shanghai Tower for radiation science popularization. Shanghai Tower will assist Oriental Pearl in building a legitimate wireless communication network, and use its own resources to help Oriental Pearl realize the landing and promotion of specific applications of the Internet of Things. The two sides intend to establish a system of regular meetings attended by senior leaders of both sides and a daily communication and contact mechanism docked by designated units (departments) in order to promote the implementation of cooperation under the agreement.

According to C114, the two sides have already cooperated closely in the construction of LoRa special network. In 2017, the Shanghai Tower signed the Shanghai Internet of Things Space Station Site Service Agreement with Oriental Pearl Digital Television Co., Ltd. under Oriental Pearl Branch. The total number of cooperative sites has exceeded 100. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will further expand the scope of cooperation between the two sides.
