　　一、机房工程装修系统
　　1机房装修设计要求
　　A.主机房室内装饰应选用气密性好、不起尘、易清洁，在温、湿度变化作用下不易变形的材料，并应符合下列要求：
　　a)墙壁和顶棚表面应平整，减少积灰面，并应避免眩光。如为抹灰时应符合高级抹灰的要求。
　　b)应铺设活动地板。活动地板应符合现行国家标准《计算机机房用活动地板技术条件》的要求。
　　c)活动地板下的地面和四壁装饰，采用水泥砂浆抹灰。地面材料平整、耐磨。当活动地板下的空间为静压箱时，四壁及地面均应选用不起尘、不易积灰、易于清洁的饰面材料。
　　d)吊顶宜选用不起尘的吸声材料，如吊顶以上及作为敷设管线用时，其四壁应抹灰，楼板底面应清理干净；当吊顶以上空间为静压箱时，则顶部和四壁均应抹灰，并进行防尘处理，其它管道的饰面，亦应选用不起尘的材料。
　　B.工作间、第一类辅助房间的室内装饰应选用不起尘、易清洁的材料。墙壁和顶棚表面应平整，减少积灰面。装饰材料可根据需要采取防静电措施。地面材料应平整、耐磨、易除尘。
　　C.主机房和工作间的内门、观察窗、管线穿墙等的接缝处，均应采取密封措施。
　　D.电子计算机机房室内色调应淡雅柔和。
　　E.当主机房和工作间设有外窗时，宜采用双层金属密闭窗，并避免阳光的直射。当采用铝合金窗时，可采用单层密闭窗，但玻璃应为中空玻璃。
　　F.当主机房内设有用水设备时，应采取有效的防止给排水漫溢和渗漏措施。
　　2装修设计方案
　　2.1地面
　　机房地面主要材料为活动地板，活动地板已成为现代化机房内必不可少的设施之一，利用它可在计算机房内组成一个地下空间的建筑结构。活动地板上用于安放各类计算机设备，活动地板下的空间则有强弱电桥架、铜排网及电气管线，可用来敷设联接设备的各种电源和信号管线；静电地板上安装地板弹簧插座作为机房设备用电使用；同时还可用作构成空调送风的静压箱，此外活动地板可迅速地安装与拆卸、方便设备的布局与调整。上述地板具有重载重能力，不易变形。地板性能符合《计算机机房用活动地板技术要求》。所有支架由优质钢材制成，保证地台结构稳固、耐火。
　　2.1.1地板安装要求
　　2.1.1.1对铺设场地的要求
　　地板的铺设应在室内土建及装修施工完毕后进行；
　　地面应平整、清洁、干燥、无杂物、无灰尘；
　　地板下可使用空间，布置敷设电缆、电器、水路、空气等管道及空调系统应在安装地板前施工完毕；
　　大型重设备基座固定应完工，设备安装在基座上，基座高度应同地板上表面完成高度一致；
　　施工现场备有220V/50HZ电源以及水源。
　　2.1.1.2地板安装铺设工具
　　专业切割锯；
　　激光水平测定仪、网络激光扫描仪；
　　水泡水平仪、卷尺、墨线；
　　吸板器、螺母调整扳手、十字螺丝刀；
　　吸尘器、笤帚、墩布。
　　2.1.1.3施工步骤
　　认真检查地面平整度及墙面垂直度，如发现有重大缺陷或需要局部改造，应向甲方有关部门提出；
　　拉水平线，并将地板安装高度用墨线弹到墙面上，保证铺设后的地板在同一水平面内，测量室内的长度、宽度及选择铺设基准位置，并在地面弹出安装支架的网络格线，以保证铺设整齐、美观，同时尽量减少地板的切割；
　　将要安装的支座调整到同一需要的高度并将支座摆放到地面网格的十字交点处；
　　用安装螺钉将横梁固定到支座上，并用水平尺、直角尺逐一校正，使之即在同一平面内，有相互垂直；
　　用吸板器在组装好的横梁上放置活动地板；
　　若靠近墙面处剩余尺寸小于活动地板的长度，可以用切割地板的方法进行拼补；
　　在铺设地板时，用水泡水平仪逐块找平，活动地板的高度靠可调支座调节，铺设过程中应轻拿轻放，防止划伤地板及损坏边条，同时应边铺设边打扫，避免将杂物、灰尘遗留在地板下面；
　　在机房设置较重设备时，可在设备基座的地板下加装支座，以防地板变形；
　　装饰板需要切割或开口加工时，其开口凹角处应制Φ6Φ8止裂孔，以防止加工后的地板装饰贴面开裂。
　　2.1.1.4地板铺设验收标准
　　活动地板下面的地面及活动地板表面应清洁、无灰尘、遗物；
　　地板表面无划痕、无涂层脱落、边条无破损。
　　铺设后地板整体应稳定牢固，人员在上面走动不应有摇晃感，不应出现因地板之间边条摩擦而产生尖叫声；
　　地板的边条应保持同一直线，相邻地板错位不大于1mm，6米长范围内不大于2.5mm，整体不大于5mm；
　　地板块之间应贴合紧密自然，两块相邻活动地板之间的缝隙不大于1mm；
　　铺设后活动地板之间对接处的高度差不大于1mm，9平方米的面积范围内平面度不大于±1.5mm，整体面积不大于±2.5mm；
　　铺设带有通风调节器的通风地板，要求通风调节器灵活自如。
　　2.2天棚
　　对计算机房内的吊顶装修具有以下作用：
　　布置通风管道及新风机、排风机等设备
　　安装固定照明灯具及走线
　　安装各类门禁、监控、通讯线路
　　二机房供配电方面
　　(1)由备用供电系统向不停电供电系统发展。柴油发电机将起到更重要的作用。同时，机房的配电系统将成为ups之后的另一个关注点。
　　(2)UPS供配电系统的标准化、模块化设计将普遍被采用，智慧城市云机房，以降低MTTR(平均修复时间)、提高可用性、扩展性、设备安装施工质量，并可降低生产和销售成本。
　　(3)机柜级配电的管理将受到重视。这是目前供配电系统'端到端'路径中最薄弱的一环。同时，机柜配电设备PDU的管理(如负载率管理)，也是影响IT设备扩展性的重要障碍。
　　(4)直流供电系统有可能被提出并进行研究。随着新出现的CPU工作电压的不断降低，抗*能力在不断下降，交流供电系统中的谐波问题、地线噪声问题带来的影响越来越严重。直流供配电系统可能将成为一种被迫的选择。
　　机房建设已成为一个由多个专业组成的系统工程，它包括了智能建设工程的各个专业，主要包括:装饰系统；电气系统;接地及防雷系统;空调通风系统;火灾自动报警及自动灭火系统;
　　PDU配电系统;屏蔽工程;综合布线系统;安全防范系统;设备及环境监控系统;大屏幕显示系统;
　　KVM系统;多媒体会议系统;背景音乐及广播系统;总控中心系统(ECC)等。由于机房建设涵盖了智能建筑工程的各个专业。
　　三、微模块化机房
　　微模块数据中心是为了应对云计算、虚拟化、集中化、高密化等服务器的变化，提高数据中心的运营效率，降低能耗，实现快速扩容且互不影响。微模块数据中心是指由多个具有独立功能、统一的输入输出接口的微模块、不同区域的微模块可以互相备份，通过相关微模块排列组合形成一个完整的数据中心。微模块数据中心是一个整合的、标准的、最优的、智能的、具备很高适应性的基础设施环境和高可用计算环境。
　　微模块产品定义及系统组成
　　微模块应用到数据中心大致归为以下两类：
　　（1）部分预制化数据中心：数据中心由预制化微模块（机柜系统、制冷系统、走线系统、监控系统等）与传统“现场施工”系统混合部署组成的微模块数据中心被称为“部分预制化数据中心”。
　　（2）全部预制化数据中心：数据中心由预制化微模块（供电系统、机机柜系统、制冷系统、走线系统、监控系统等）为单个独立封闭空间。模块被分成几部分送达现场，并重新拼接。需要外部配套基础设施的支持，比如发电机或冷水机组、高低压配电。
　　微模块数据中心解决传统数据中心面临的问题
　　微模块数据中心将能满足IT部门对未来数据中心的迫切需求，如标准化、微模块、虚拟化设计，动态IT基础设施（灵活、资源利用率高），7x24小时智能化运营管理（流程自动化、数据中心智能化），支持业务连续性（容灾、高可用），提供共享IT服务（跨业务的基础设施、信息、应用共享），快速响应业务需求变化（资源按需供应），绿色数据中心（节能、减排）等。
　　数据机房是多功能、多专业的系统工程，除电子计算机系统的各类设备外，还有各类环境保障设备，智慧城市云机房装修，只有合理的规划设备布局，才能充分发挥各子系统的功能，便于今后的扩充，方便运维人员的管理，节省投资。设备布局建议考虑如下原则:
　　(1)主机、存储设备、服务器机柜宜分区布置，主机、存储设备、服务器机柜及UPS、空调机等设备应按产品要求留出检修空间，智慧城市云机房施工，允许相邻设备的维修间距部分重叠
　　(2)消防控制室。是火灾自动报警和联动系统的控制中心，也是火灾时灭火指挥和信息中心，具有十分重要的地位和作用。《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》和《建筑设计防火规范》等对消防监控机房的设置范围、位置、建筑耐火性能都作了明确规定，智慧城市云机房，并对其主要功能提出原则性要求。

1. Computer room decoration system

1 computer room decoration design requirements

A. The interior decoration of the main engine room should be made of materials with good air tightness, no dust and easy cleaning, which are not easy to deform under the action of temperature and humidity changes, and should meet the following requirements:

A) the walls and ceiling surfaces should be leveled to reduce the dirt surface and avoid glare. For plastering, it should meet the requirements of advanced plastering.

B) flooring should be laid. The movable floor should meet the requirements of the current national standard "technical floor conditions for computer rooms".

C) floor and four wall decoration under movable floor, with cement mortar plastering.  The floor material is smooth and wear-resistant. When the space under the movable floor is a static pressure box, the four walls and the ground should be chosen not dust, not easy to dust, easy to clean facing materials.

D) The ceiling should be made of dust-proof sound-absorbing materials, such as above the ceiling and when used for laying pipelines, the four walls should be plastered, and the floor bottom should be cleaned up; when the space above the ceiling is a static pressure box, the top and four walls should be plastered, and dust-proof treatment should be carried out, and other pipe finishes should also be made of dust-proof materials.

The interior decoration of B. workshops and the first class auxiliary rooms should be made of materials that are not dust and easy to clean. The walls and ceiling surfaces should be leveled to reduce the dust accumulation. Decorative materials can be taken according to the need for anti-static measures. Ground materials should be leveled, wear resistant and easy to dust.

C. Sealing measures should be taken at the joints of the inner doors, observation windows and pipelines through the walls of the main engine room and the working room.

The interior tone of D. computer room should be elegant and soft.

E. When the main engine room and the working room are equipped with external windows, it is advisable to use double metal closed windows, and avoid direct sunlight. When using aluminum alloy windows, single layer closed windows can be used, but glass should be hollow glass.

F. when the main engine room is equipped with water equipment, effective measures should be taken to prevent overflow and leakage of water supply and drainage.

2 decoration design plan

2.1 ground

The main floor material of computer room is movable floor. The movable floor has become one of the indispensable facilities in modern computer room. It can be used to form an underground space structure in computer room. The movable floor is used for installing various kinds of computer equipment, while the space under the movable floor is provided with strong and weak electric bridge, copper net and electric pipeline, which can be used for laying various power supply and signal pipeline of connecting equipment, and the floor spring socket installed on the static floor is used as the power supply for the equipment of the computer room, and it can also be used for air conditioning and air supply. In addition, the movable floor can be installed and disassembled quickly to facilitate the layout and adjustment of the equipment. The above floor has heavy load capacity and is not easy to deform. The floor performance conforms to the technical requirements of the movable floor for the computer room. All scaffolds are made of high quality steel to ensure the structure of the platform is stable and fireproof.

2.1.1 floor installation requirements

2.1.1.1 requirements for laying grounds

The laying of floors should be carried out after completion of indoor civil engineering and decoration works.

The floor should be neat, clean, dry, sundry, and free from dust.

Underfloor usable space, laying cables, electrical appliances, water, air and other pipelines and air conditioning system should be installed before the floor construction;

The base of heavy equipment should be fixed and installed on the base. The height of the base should be the same as that of the upper surface of the floor.

The construction site is equipped with 220V/50HZ power supply and water source.

2.1.1.2 floor installation and laying tools

Professional cutting saw;

Laser level detector and network laser scanner;

Bubble level, tape measure, ink line;

Suction plate, nut adjusting wrench, cross screwdriver;

Vacuum cleaner, broom and mop.

2.1.1.3 construction steps

Carefully check the surface smoothness and wall verticality, if there is a major defect or need for local renovation, should be submitted to the relevant departments of Party A;

Pull the horizontal line and apply the floor height to the wall with ink.
