　　(1)完美的维护条件(理想状态)
　　
　　UPS机房应该是空调和防静电地板的房间，防雷效果要好，要防尘、防潮、防晒。
　　
　　输入电压在设计范围以内，负载最合理的范围是30%-60%。每年至少保养一次。
　　
　　现实我们很难做到如此，那么就尽可能掌握一些维护常识。例如，防止机箱里面灰尘堆积，定期保养电源里面的蓄电池等。
　　
　　(2)保持适宜的环境温度
　　
　　一般最佳的环境温度是在20-25℃之间。据测试，温度一旦超过25℃，每升高10℃，电池的寿命就缩短一半。另外，环境温度升高，会导致电池内部化学活性增强，产生大量热能，反过来促使周围环境温度升高，进入恶性循环。
　　
　　(3)定期充电放电
　　
　　之前我们了解过UPS的工作原理是储能-逆变-提供交流电，我们可以把它想作一个蓄电池，电池处于长期浮充电或者放电状态都会减损寿命。因此，最好每隔2-3个月完全放电一次，放电完毕后，再按规定充电8小时以上。

　　大中型UPS电源配备的蓄电池数量，从3只到80只不等，因此当个别电池出现损坏时，就会影响到UPS整体的直流供电。维护人员应当对每只电池进行排查，更换新的电池，禁止将不同安培数、不同品牌的电池组合使用。

　　(1)交流稳压器的使用
　　
　　使用UPS电源后，不必再加交流稳压器。若一定要加，应加在UPS电源的前级，即市电先经交流稳压器，再经UPS电源，然后到负载。
　　
　　(2)避免过载使用UPS电源
　　
　　在使用UPS电源的时候要计算负载的大小，避免负载过大或者过小，合理的负载应该控制在50%到80%之间。
