UPS使用范围越来越广泛,作为电气从业人员,应该了解UPS的工作原理,操作方法和简单的故障排除,本文简单介绍UPS的组成及工作原理,后续会介绍UPS的操作和故障处理方法。


在一些负荷等级要求较高的场合(一类负荷),常用的电源为UPS(不间断电源),即不能停电的设备,比如通讯系统、计算机系统、监控系统、DCS系统、医疗系统的手术室、工业中的重要的电动阀门等,现在医院的病房及宾馆也常见UPS电源的插座,可以说,UPS使用范围越来越广泛,作为电气从业人员,应该了解UPS的工作原理,操作方法和简单的故障排除,本文简单介绍UPS的组成及工作原理,后续会介绍UPS的操作和故障处理方法。
  
  UPS的组成和工作原理
  
  UPS一般由整流器、蓄电池、逆变器、静态开关和控制系统组成。通常采用的是在线式UPS。它首先将市电输入的交流电源变成稳压直流电源,供给蓄电池和逆变器,再经逆变器重新被变成稳定的、纯洁的、高质量的交流电源。它可完全消除在输入电源中可能出现的任何电源问题(电压波动、频率波动、谐波失真和各种*)。其工作原理框图如下所示:

  UPS电源的功能要求
  
  1.静态旁路开关的切换时间一般为2~10ms,并应具有如下功能:
  
  (1)当逆变装置故障或需要检修时,应及时切换到电网(市电备用)电源供电。
  
  (2)当分支回路突然故障短路,电流超过预定值时,应切换到电网(市备用)电源,以增加短路电流,使保护装置迅速动作,待切除故障后,再起动返回逆变器供电。
  
  (3)带有频率限踪环节的不间断电源装置,当电网频率被动或电压波动超过额定值时,应自动与电网解列,频率与电压恢复正常时再自动并网。
  
  2.用市电旁路时,逆变器的频率和相位应与市电锁相同步。
  
  3.对于三相输出的负有不平衡度,最大一相和最小一相负载的基波均方根电流之差,不应超过不间断电源额定电流的25%,而且最大线电流不超过其额定值
  
  4.三相输出系统检出电压的不平衡系数(负序分量对正序分量之此)应不超过5%。输出电压的总波形失真度不应超过5%(单相输出允许10%)

The composition and working principle of UPS


UPS is usually made up of rectifier, battery, inverter, static switch and control system. In general, online UPS is used. It first converts the AC power input from the city into a voltage-stabilized DC power supply, supplies the battery and the inverter, and then transforms the inverter into a stable, pure, high-quality AC power supply. It can completely eliminate any power supply problems that may arise in the input power supply (voltage fluctuations, frequency fluctuations, harmonic distortion, and various *).  The block diagram of its working principle is as follows:

Functional requirements of UPS power supply


1. the switch time of the static bypass switch is generally 2~10ms, and should have the following functions:


(1) When the inverter fails or needs to be repaired, it should be switched to the power supply of the power grid (city power reserve).


(2) When the branch circuit is short-circuited suddenly and the current exceeds the predetermined value, it should be switched to the power supply (city reserve) to increase the short-circuited current, so that the protection device can move quickly. After the fault is removed, it can start and return to the inverter for power supply.


(3) Uninterruptible power supply with frequency-limiting link, when the frequency of the grid passive or voltage fluctuations exceed the rated value, should be automatically disconnected from the grid, frequency and voltage return to normal when automatically connected to the grid.


2. when the bypass is used, the frequency and phase of the inverter should be synchronized with the electrical lock.


3. For unbalanced three-phase output, the difference between the fundamental root mean square current of the maximum and minimum one-phase loads should not exceed 25% of the rated current of the uninterruptible power supply, and the maximum line current should not exceed its rated value.


4. The unbalance coefficient of the detected voltage in the three-phase output system (the negative sequence component is relative to the positive sequence component) should not exceed 5%. The total waveform distortion of output voltage should not exceed 5% (single phase output allows 10%).
