电力UPS电源与电力直流操作电源系统一起,组成发电厂,变电站的专用不间断电源,向微机、通讯、载波、事故照明及其它不能停电的设备供电。


电力UPS电源与电力直流操作电源系统一起,组成发电厂,变电站的专用不间断电源,向微机、通讯、载波、事故照明及其它不能停电的设备供电。从电厂或变电站现有直流操作电源取电,不必像常规UPS那样需要单设蓄电池组,从而避免蓄电池的重复投资,减少系统维护,减低运行成本。

UPS的工作原理和输出特性与传统的UPS完全相同,但是,由于它连接直流操作电源系统,因此其直流输入特性必须满足电力系统的专用要求。电力UPS是为发电厂,变电站等电力行业设计,在发电厂、电力等电力系统中,DCS(分布式控制系统),监控系统、自动化仪表,调度通信系统、微机系统等核心设备对供电质量及可靠性要求非常高,需要专用UPS供电,这些负载绝大多数为单相负载。
  
  电力UPS系统一般由电力
UPS主机、旁路稳压柜、输出馈线柜等三部分组成(小功率时也可三合一)。
  
  1、电力UPS主机柜:输入输出隔离变压器、整流器、逆变器、静态旁路开关、旁路开关、逆止二极管;
  
  2、旁路隔离稳压柜:旁路隔离变压器、旁路稳压器、手动/旁路维修开关;
  
  3、馈线柜:回路分配单元、监测仪表、控制开关及信号指示等;
  
  
  电力UPS专用电源采用1+1的冗余供电系统,针对电力系统应用负载及环境,运用先进技术制造的工业级交流保护电源,能够充分满足电力DCS系统等负载对供电可靠性的要求。
  
  电力
UPS主要有以下几个系统组成,采用两级变换。第一级变换采用整流器(AC-DC),
  
  把经过输入隔离变压器后的交流电变成稳定的直流电。第二级变换(DC-AC)采用逆变电源,把整流后输出的直流电变换成正弦波交流电经过隔离输出给负载。
  
  隔离部分:输入隔离变将交流输入和直流隔离开,保护直流侧设备;输出隔离变将交、直流输入与交流输出隔离开,保护负载端设备。双隔离保证了直流输入、交流输入与交流输出三个端口的真正完全的电气隔离。
  
  整流部分:将输入的交流市电转变为稳定的直流,送入逆变设备。
  
  逆变部分:将外部直流或经过整流后的直流电源转变为稳定的正弦波交流电源。
  
  控制部分:控制逆变器电源跟随基准市电,并与其保持相同的相位和频率,自动调节,并使电源在规定的范围内,按照设定的保护定值运行或保护。
  
  显示部分:采用LCD及LED状态模拟盘,准确反映设备运行状态及故障信息。
  
  切换部分:采用继电器或静态电子开关,对旁路、市电和逆变器输出电源进行自动切换。

The working principle and output characteristics of power UPS are exactly the same as those of traditional UPS. However, since it is connected to DC operating power supply system, its DC input characteristics must meet the special requirements of power system. Power UPS is designed for power plant, substation and other power industry. In power plant and power system, DCS (Distributed Control System), monitoring system, automation instrument, dispatching communication system, microcomputer system and other core equipment require very high quality and reliability of power supply, and special UPS power supply is needed. These loads are extremely large. Most are single-phase loads.


Power UPS system is generally composed of three parts: power UPS mainframe, bypass voltage regulator, output feeder cabinet and so on.


1. Power UPS main cabinet: input-output isolation transformer, rectifier, inverter, static bypass switch, bypass switch, reverse diode;


2, bypass isolation regulator: bypass isolation transformer, bypass regulator, manual / bypass maintenance switch;


3, feeder cabinet: loop distribution unit, monitoring instrument, control switch and signal indication;



The power UPS special power supply adopts 1+1 redundant power supply system. Aiming at the application load and environment of power system, the industrial-grade AC protection power supply manufactured by advanced technology can fully meet the demand of power supply reliability for power DCS system and other loads.


The power UPS mainly consists of the following systems: two level transformation.  The first stage transformation uses a rectifier (AC-DC).


The alternating current after the input transformer is changed into a stable DC current. The second stage converter (DC-AC) uses an inverter to convert the rectified DC output into a sinusoidal AC output through isolation to the load.


Isolation part: The input isolation transformer isolates the AC input and DC to protect the DC side equipment; the output isolation transformer isolates the AC and DC input from the AC output to protect the load side equipment. Dual isolation ensures the real complete electrical isolation of the three ports of DC input, AC input and AC output.


Rectifier part: converting the input AC power into a stable DC and sending it into the inverter equipment.


Inverter part: the external DC or rectified DC power supply into a stable sine wave AC power supply.


Control part: Control the inverter power supply to follow the benchmark power supply, and keep the same phase and frequency with it, automatically adjust, and make the power supply in the prescribed range, according to the set protection value operation or protection.


Display part: using LCD and LED status simulation disk to accurately reflect the running status and fault information of the equipment.


Switching part: Adopting relay or static electronic switch, the power supply of bypass, power supply and inverter can be switched automatically.
