近日，安徽合肥铁塔与安徽南瑞继远电网技术有限公司（以下简称“国电南瑞继远电网”）签署战略合作协议。双方将充分发挥各自优势，在积极促进相关产业发展与转型升级等方面开展全方位、多层面的战略合作。

根据协议，国电南瑞继远电网将从四个方面与合肥铁塔展开合作：一是实现优势互补，高效推进工程建设。在电力重点工程项目实施中，与铁塔建设需求一致或相近时，共同推进选址、协调和征地赔补，以降低建设难度、减少投资成本。二是搞好沟通协作，共同维护资产设施完整。共同打击破坏、盗窃电力设施和窃电行为；对发案、报案和破案信息，建立信息共享机制，实行定期通报；在日常巡检、维修工作中，相互留意相关资产完整性和安全性，发现隐患和问题，及时通报对方。三是强化服务对接，深入推进全面合作运营。提升无线网络覆盖，推进公共交通类、建筑楼宇类等重点场所的室内信号覆盖工作，提升电力部门在此类区域远程抄表的用户体验。四是加强工作协同，建立高效协商协调机制。建立双方领导不定期会商沟通机制，研究解决合作中可能出现的重大问题，推动合作协议有效落实。

国电南瑞继远电网总经理尹涛表示，双方公司都是国有企业在当地的分支机构，当前都面临着充分参与市场竞争、加快业务转型的内在需求。南瑞集团要实现“非电力行业和走出国门双千亿”，铁塔公司要实现业务转型发展，双方的业务合作有很好的契合点，合作前景非常广阔。

此次战略合作协议的签署，是合肥铁塔继合肥市公安战略合作和合肥市公路局战略合作之后，在社会资源获取方面取得的又一次突破。合肥铁塔将与国电南瑞继远电网携手推动合肥市域社会公共资源开放共享，为实现互利共赢作出积极努力。

Recently, Anhui Hefei Tower and Anhui Nanrui Jiyuan Power Grid Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, China's Nanrui Jiyuan Power Grid will cooperate with the Hefei Tower from four aspects: first, to realize complementary advantages and promote the construction of the project efficiently. In the implementation of key electric power projects, when the construction needs of the towers are consistent or similar, we should jointly promote site selection, coordination and land requisition compensation to reduce the difficulty of construction and investment costs. Two, we should do well in communication and cooperation and jointly maintain the integrity of assets and facilities. Jointly crack down on damage and theft of power facilities and electricity larceny; set up information sharing mechanism for case, report and solve cases, and implement regular notification; pay attention to the integrity and safety of related assets in daily inspection and maintenance work, discover hidden dangers and problems, and timely notify each other. Three is to strengthen the service docking, and further promote the comprehensive cooperation operation. Promote wireless network coverage, promote indoor signal coverage in key places such as public transport and building, and enhance the user experience of remote meter reading in such areas.
