近日，经过公开招标及公示，广西铁塔与广西壮族自治区工业和信息化委员会签订《机房环境及配套设施运行维护服务采购合同》。根据合同，广西铁塔首批将为桂林、百色、河池、崇左、钦州五市50个无线电监测站机房及配套设施提供日常巡检维护服务。这是广西铁塔首个通过招投标方式中标的政府采购项目，也是广西铁塔首个“维护输出”的拓展业务项目，标志着广西铁塔在开放共享发展上取得新突破，成功将移动通信基站机房维护资源拓展延伸成为社会维护服务。

根据合同，广西铁塔维护服务主要包括三方面内容：一是机房环境，包括机房防盗门窗、照明设施、温湿度、烟感、水浸、门禁、渗漏、卫生等日常巡检；二是配套设施，包括主设备、网络设施、空调、动力配套设施、环境监控设施、防雷接地设施、消防设施等日常巡检；三是铁塔或天线桅杆，包括铁塔（天线桅杆）基础、钢结构主体、维护平台、天线支撑体、爬梯、馈线桥架、避雷针及其他设施等日常巡检。

据了解，广西工信委下属无线电管理局在全区拥有150余个无线电监测站，其维护工作原来主要依靠自有员工，队伍力量薄弱且维护成本较高。广西铁塔获知情况后，结合客户需求，积极探索拓展型业务维护服务模式。一方面基于客户需求和预算能力思考方案，分析需求方项目预期，建立良好的客情关系，赢得客户信任；另一方面以服务为引领，用代维生产智能化、代维管理标准化、代维服务综合化、代维队伍专业化建设标准，全面提升拓展业务维护服务能力。此次维护服务共享，开启了双方深度合作的序幕，广西无线电管理局已与广西铁塔达成战略合作签约意向。

据广西铁塔维护部负责人介绍，目前，广西推行“广西铁塔智能维护调度系统”，以整合代维上站任务，有足够能力确保拓展业务的维护保障。后续，广西铁塔将把首批50个无线电监测站纳入系统管理，代维人员在开展通信基站日常巡检时，智能维护调度系统将提示周边无线电监测站巡检指令，代维人员一次上站就完成两类基站的维护巡检，不仅有效利用了现有维护资源，更帮助客户提升了工作效率，实现合作共赢。
