据Now新闻报道，定于8月8日在香港上市的中国铁塔股份有限公司在中国内地被起诉侵犯专利权。

报道称，原告熊小宁控告中国铁塔未经许可大规模在内地使用一种他已获国家知识产权局批出专利的设计，即一款无线讯号路灯站。

熊小宁要求中国铁塔立即停止侵犯他的专利权，拆除及销毁相关基站，并赔偿经济损失和法律费用。该诉讼已经在7月16日获湖南省长沙市中级人民法院受理立案，将在10月16日开庭审理。

中国铁塔上市文件显示，截至最后实际可行日期，公司并未获悉侵犯了任何第三方拥有的知识产权，并指出未有涉及任何正在或将要进行的诉讼。港交所表示，不会针对个别公司或情况评论，但会因应所得的资料，决定是否需要采取或如何采取进一步行动。

中国铁塔向Now新闻表示，会按法律及监管程序披露公司事项。

中国铁塔已向香港联交所申请批准根据全球发售将发行的H股上市及买卖，预计将于8月8日上午9时在港交所主板买卖，股票代码0788。中国铁塔将发售431.15亿股H股，香港发售股份数21.56亿股H股，最高发售价1.58港元/股，最低预期将不低于1.26港元。

China Tower listing documents show that the company was not informed of any infringement of intellectual property rights owned by any third party as of the last practicable date and that no ongoing or pending litigation was involved. The HKEx said it would not comment on individual companies or situations, but would decide whether or how further action was needed based on the information available.

The Chinese tower told Now news that it would disclose corporate matters in accordance with legal and regulatory procedures.

The China Tower has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval of the listing and trading of H shares to be issued under the global offering. It is expected to be traded on the main board of the HKEx at 9 a.m. on August 8 under the stock code 0788. China Tower will sell 43.115 billion H-shares and 2.156 billion H-shares in Hong Kong, with a maximum selling price of HK$1.58 per share and a minimum expectation of HK$1.26.
