 8月31日消息（张海龙）在昨日举行的第十五届中国信息港论坛上，中国铁塔副总经理高步文详细介绍了自中国铁塔公司成立以来取得了哪些成绩、未来如何帮助行业发展。同时，高步文信心满满的表示，请三大运营商放心，中国铁塔将让5G建设更快更好更省。

电信、联通新建基站均是共享站

中国铁塔从2014年成立到现在整体投入1463亿元，交付186万铁塔，参与了高铁、地铁等基础网络建设，覆盖了13000公里，地铁96条。在成立的三年里，助推了三大运营商4G网络的发展。

高步文认为，我国4G网络覆盖达到世界先进水平仅用了三年的时间，与中国铁塔的成立是分不开的。三年来，中国移动的基站数量增长了51%，中国联通的基站数量增长了25%，中国电信的基站数量增长了104.5%。随着中国铁塔的成立，三家运营商进行基站共享，中国移动的共享达到46%，中国联通的共享达94%，中国电信的共享达91%。这也意味着，联通、电信三年来，新建的基站是在原有基站的基础之上建设的。

高步文介绍，按照粗略估计，每年修建基站20万个，三年至少建基站60万，减少土地2.8万亩，三年来，行业通过共享节约了投资。近年来，农村基站的建设数量占比达到了70%，贵州、重庆、陕西等省份基站增长的数量超过了全国平均水平。

让5G建设更快更好更省

面对5G需要更多的基站、选址困难的情况，中国铁塔提出了两大解决方案，一是利用城市的照明灯杆等设施进行5G基站建设，预计未来规模约1000万到1200万个；二个是控制新建基站的规模，大大降低5G的部署难度。

目前，中国铁塔已经开始进行相关方案及技术尝试，如在山东大明湖，中国铁塔建立了15个微站，集中建设了传输和电源，相比于传统建设方案，由60天缩短到7天，总投资由48万降低到11万，降低了77%；在珠港澳大桥，中国铁塔利用高速公路所有的设施建设了36个宏站，为三大运营商提供了传输和供电，覆盖质量超过预期，相比于传统的建设方案，由210天缩短为145天，总投资由6000万降低到了2100万，降低了65%，实现了双赢。

对于三大运营商5G时代所需的大量站址资源，中国铁塔正致力打造千万级别的站址资源，截至6月底，中国铁塔获取了社会资源817万，包括两大电力公司的电力杆、城市的路灯杆、监控杆、物业小区的电力杆，并且还要继续拓展传输、管道等资源。未来，中国铁塔的综合解决方案将使社会资源利用率达到85%，也就是说新建的资源仅仅占15%。

It has participated in the construction of infrastructure networks such as high-speed rail and subway, covering 13,000 kilometers and 96 metros. In the three years since its establishment, it has boosted the development of the 4G network of the three major carriers.

Gao believes that it only took three years for China's 4G network coverage to reach the world's advanced level, which is inseparable from the establishment of China's iron tower. In the past three years, China Mobile's base station number has increased 51%, China Unicom's base station number has increased 25%, and China Telecom's base station number has increased 104.5%. With the establishment of the China Tower, the three operators share base stations. China Mobile shares 46%, China Unicom shares 94% and China Telecom shares 91%. According to rough estimates, 200,000 base stations will be built annually, at least 600,000 base stations will be built in three years, reducing land by 28,000 mu. Faced with the need for more base stations and difficult location of 5G, China Tower put forward two solutions: one is to use urban lighting poles and other facilities for 5G base station construction, estimated future size of 10 million to 12 million; the other is to control the scale of new base stations, greatly reducing the difficulty of 5G deployment.

At present, China Tower has begun to carry out relevant programs and technical attempts, such as in Daming Lake, Shandong Province, China Tower has established 15 micro-stations, concentrated on the construction of transmission and power, compared with the traditional construction scheme, from 60 days to 7 days, the total investment from 480,000 to 110,000, reduced by 77%; in the Zhuhai-Hong Kong-Macao Bridge, China Tower. Thirty-six macro stations were constructed using all the facilities of the expressway, providing transmission and power supply to the three major operators. The coverage quality exceeded expectations. Compared with the traditional construction scheme, the total investment was reduced from 60 million to 21 million, and the total investment was reduced by 65%. The win-win situation was achieved.

As of the end of June, China Tower has acquired 8.17 million social resources, including the poles of the two major power companies, the lamp poles of the city, the monitoring poles and the poles of the residential quarters, and will continue to expand.
