日前举办的"2018华为.济宁云产业合作高峰论坛"，不仅有华为与济宁市政府的战略签约，更有来自全国各地的城市管理者出席，感受云计算给城市信息化建设、产业经济发展带来的活力。产业生态链也有众多企业参与，探寻云计算能够为企业的创新和转型创造哪些机遇。

在高峰论坛上，中科宇图股份有限公司、上海宝藤生物医药科技有限公司的负责人接受C114等媒体采访，在企业自身数字化转型过程中，对华为云的赋能，给出了更加直观的解读。

云带来不可思议的创新

经过几年的市场教育，云计算已经在政府、企业市场得到广泛认同，华为正是市场先行者之一。对于云会给公司发展带来创新力，两位企业负责人均谈到了具体案例。

中科宇图股份有限公司董事长兼总裁姚新介绍，公司主要业务是地理大数据，这是智慧城市的一个基础。基于地理信息服务，中科宇图还进入了环保信息化等垂直领域。地理信息大数据，实际上也是智慧城市、云计算大数据的基础。没有位置信息，没有空间数据，很多功能都无法发挥。

"华为在全国设立了90多个云服务平台，包括跟政府合作的项目。因此，我们和华为有了深度合作。" 姚新表示，比如在天津东丽区、湖北襄阳等城市，地方政府要打污染防治攻坚战，要充分了解污染源的地理信息，包括一些企业偷排，我们就围绕着华为的云网能力，提供治霾、治水的服务，提供24小时监测能力。

上海宝藤生物医药科技有限公司董事长楼敬伟进一步强调了华为云服务的价值。宝藤生物做基因测序、临床分子诊断等高科技业务，这些创新业务离不开大数据。公司自身就组建了一个90多人的数据算法团队，为临床分子诊断业务提供技术支持。

在了解到华为与大连市政府的云计算合作后，楼敬伟被震撼到了。双方联合开发的软件园，不仅为软件开发企业提供工具、平台、通道、算法等能力，还开发了几个亿的大数据的支撑系统，以及智能医疗等应用解决方案，将所有的治疗方案、各个结果全部转化成大数据，通过大数据智能分析，不仅在治疗时避免了大量的浪费，还可以创造医疗的奇迹。

"我们有非常强悍的算法和算力。"华为公司政企云总裁、数字政府业务部总裁杨瑞凯见到楼敬伟第一面就如是说。一个人的基因组有32亿个碱基对，每个碱基对可能测试百次以上，这么庞大的数据库进行比对，一般需要10小时左右，但华为云第一步就降到了10分钟，接下来可能做到7分钟。

在楼敬伟看来，与华为的合作，首先在于带来了海量数据的分析处理能力。杨瑞凯对他说，华为有500多人的专业团队，拥有全球领先的大数据分析挖掘能力。那么，宝藤生物的医疗数据，比如超过50万的食管癌案例，通过华为云计算能力，挖掘出各个维度的数据建立模型，打造基于人工智能的医疗辅助系统。

楼敬伟指出，医疗质量的差异，导致了病症的严重差异，科技创新对发展中国家来说就有了特别的意义。医疗创新的第一步就离不开大数据，一个医生1年可以看200个病人，10年看2000个，但大数据系统很容易就将200万个、2000万个数据随时全部调阅，在几秒钟内进行比对。这是颠覆性创新。宝藤生物希望跟华为合作，使用大数据，成就大数据，从而创造价值。
