近日，华为模块化UPS5000-E中标天津市知识产权局的数据机房项目，为其专利信息系统提供可靠的供电保障，帮助天津市知识产权局稳步开展知识产权工作，提升信息化服务形象。

　　随着我国专利信息化工作步入高速发展阶段，专利审查工作已进入无纸化“E时代”，目前天津市知识产权局已基本实现电子审批、电子申请、远程办公、检索服务等数字化应用格局，随着各项核心业务系统相继上线使用，专利审查的质量和效率得到有效提高，大大降低社会成本。然而，天津知识产权局的数据机房由于容量小已无法满足日益增长的信息化需求，供配电设备UPS时常出现故障，严重影响核心业务系统的可靠运行和数据安全，影响其社会服务形象。因此，天津知识产权局决定对数据机房进行改造，选用可靠的UPS为专利工作核心业务系统供电。

　　经过多方考察和对比，天津知识产权局对华为模块化UPS5000-E的可靠性方面的表现出浓厚兴趣，为此专门前往华为UPS测试实验室参观并参与检验华为模块化UPS的千余项测试，尤其对可靠性测试进行了实地考察。华为模块化UPS在输入输出端的多重保护、冗余设计、故障隔离措施等可靠性方面的设计，以及优异的测试结果赢得天津知识产权局的青睐。最终天津知识产权局决定选择华为模块化UPS5000-E，为其业务系统提供可靠的供电保障。

　　华为拥有二十余年电源行业经验并持续投入UPS产品研发。为了充分确保UPS的可靠性，华为对UPS进行1400多大项，2W多小项的电气类的测试，对于一些关键的试验反复进行测试，比如主旁切换试验，每三分钟切换一次、切换三个月的时间，以验证器件和软件逻辑的可靠性;模块的热插拔试验，也会进行大量的插拔测试，保障模块进入退出不影响系统工作。除了电气类测试外，还有33项专项环境试验，其中有些试验是华为独有的，比如长寿命、外场、湿尘等验证。长寿命试验是UPS在40℃满载时测试六个月，中途不能出现过温保护等情况，而业界某些机型在40℃只能工作8小时，或者需要降额工作

With the rapid development of patent informationization in China, patent examination has entered the paperless "E" era. At present, Tianjin Intellectual Property Office has basically realized the digital application pattern of electronic examination and approval, electronic application, remote office, retrieval service, etc. With the continuous use of the core business systems, patents have been issued. The quality and efficiency of the examination have been effectively raised, and the social cost has been greatly reduced. However, the data room of Tianjin Intellectual Property Office has been unable to meet the growing demand for information technology because of its small capacity. UPS of power supply and distribution equipment often fails, seriously affecting the reliable operation of the core business system and data security, affecting its social service image. Therefore, Tianjin Intellectual Property Office decided to renovate the data room and select reliable UPS to supply power for the core business system of patent work.

After many investigations and comparisons, Tianjin Intellectual Property Office showed great interest in the reliability of Huawei modular UPS5000-E, so it went to Huawei UPS testing laboratory to visit and participate in more than 1000 tests of Huawei modular UPS, especially on-site investigation of reliability testing. Huawei modular UPS in the input and output multiple protection, redundancy design, fault isolation measures and other reliability aspects of the design, as well as excellent test results won the favor of Tianjin Intellectual Property Office. Finally, Tianjin Intellectual Property Office decided to choose Huawei modular UPS5000-E to provide reliable power supply for its business system.

HUAWEI has more than twenty years of experience in the power industry and has continued to invest in UPS product development. In order to fully ensure the reliability of UPS, Huawei carries out more than 1400 items of UPS and more than 2W items of electrical testing, and repeatedly tests some key tests, such as the main side switching test, every three minutes switching, switching three months to verify the reliability of the device and software logic; Test will also carry out a large number of plug-in tests, to ensure that modules exit and exit will not affect the system work. In addition to electrical tests, there are 33 special environmental tests, some of which are unique to Huawei, such as long life, field, wet dust and other verification. The long life test is that UPS is tested for six months when it is fully loaded at 40 C. Over-temperature protection can not occur halfway, while some models in the industry can only work at 40 C for eight hours, or need to work at a reduced rate.
